Hey Karlton, as always it was a great video but you should put the first part of the video in the description below for people to have access to it.

Thank you for the information! I have a question 🙋🏽♀️ I have a slot channel. The money I put into the slot machine, does that count as an expense since that’s my content? Thank you ☺️

This is great information, and it’s being missed by so many people. In their shortsightedness they think “make the rich pay more” is the answer. And it’s sad that the current administration doesn’t see their current and proposed legislation will hurt businesses and the very people (low and middle class) that they are claiming to want to help.

It'd sure be nice if he treated those employees with dignity and gave them living wages. I'd be ok with him playing the tax game to avoid paying any if his employees didn't need to use government services to eat.

I piece of advice......... You have to start off with "Hi I'm Karlton Dennis the Tax Alchemist" It would be the awesome sauce in the beginning. You've earned it anyway... Your Welcome.

The tips aren't bad but I take issue with the billionaire worship. You say that these billionaires are innovating, but Amazon is creating tons of waste with all the boxes they use in shipping. The government is incentivizing convenience and letting the environment bear the cost. Musk's tube is just a subway system but less efficient because (1) individual cars consume more fuel than a larger carriage which can fit more people (train), (2) rails produce minimal friction compared to rubber tires meaning trains conserve momentum better, and (3) safety? Subway operators are trained to respond to fires and crashes in a tunnel. Average Joe is not. With the money we give back to Musk in deductions, we could spend on better public transportation. Of course the owner of a car company would want to replace public transportation with more cars! Branson's space tourism is not innovation. Sure space is cool, but let's be real: the public pays so billionaires' can take joyrides for no promise of any contribution to the public. Are we going to let a company avoid paying any taxes because it *might* solve a problem in several decades? How exactly is sending the rich into orbit going to solve a problem for the public? Billionaires are smart for knowing how to take advantage of the system for their own benefit, but many things they propose are stupid and harmful.

Each video promises to tell us how the rich do not pay taxes. Then we watch, and at the end we are told we will find out in the "next video." Seems like his income is from pushing his YT vids. I am disappointed. It's like when lawyers drag out their work to get more incremental payments.

CPA license is are NOT specifically a TAX accounting license. Less than 1/4 of CPA Exam is about tax by the definition ( & close to 1/8 approximately ). 2 among 4 parts of CPA Exam tests "rigorous" knowledge of GAAP & GAAS ( not tax law ), which are rules making sure CPAs don't over-decorate your numbers. IRS cannot care less, if you over-report your tax liability.

Wow, this is powerful info. I wish I had learned and understood this when I was in school. I'm educating myself now tho. I'm starting a small biz and in time want to be a real estate investor. First, I need to learn to crawl, walk and then be able to run. I started last year learning more intensively the tax game with your mom's course. Thank you for sharing what you were blessed to learn early in life. I appreciate your knowlege and expertise.

What about taxes in regards to cashing out crypto currency? And is there a way to cash it out and use it for real estate and not pay capital gains tax?
