Most are owned by Ugandans actually. The few whites are visible because they love to walk/hike . As that bro said, the source of income for some of those Ugandans remain a mystery.

Actually very wealthy neighborhoods rarely have pedestrian walkways. Check out Muthaiga and Karen in Nairobi.

You see the side of the road where that white couple was walking from? You should be using that side mate…you can see which ever car is coming at you on the road remember Ugandan roads don’t have pedestrian walkways….you’re walking on the wrong side because the cars come from behind you.
