I honestly have no problem with people being wealthy, but I do have a problem with those individuals, who believe they can and should tell others how to live and how they should give up their rights because of it. Anyone who plays pretend for a living (especially those who are really good at doing it) mean nothing to me, especially their opinions, if they have access to security and so forth. Also, people who foolishly spend money they don't have on anything that isn't necessary aren't very bright to start with. If your main priorities aren't a roof over your head, food and transportation (which doesn't mean a brand new car that has an unneeded car payment attached to it) along with utilities, that keep you warm and keep your food cold you're doing it all wrong.

@mikewithers299 A .22-lr is a very dangerous round. Watch a balistics test on them. (it's not usually straight in and straight out like in the movies). Also .22 refers to the diameter of the bullet. There are many cartridges with that bullet diameter. Example: Did you know an AR .556 bullet is also the same diameter as .22lr ?

sturm - "assault" or "storm"...the name comes from a german rifle, and refers today to any rifle that uses a magazine, is fully auto or has 2 or more rounds fired with one trigger pull, and uses intermediate ammunition, as opposed to long distance or full size ammunition. Full size ammo used in a similar rifle is known as a "battle" rifle. The main difference is the ammo it fires. However, in modern parlance, semi-auto versions of the military versions, or a civilian original version that is semi auto, but also led to a military version that is burst or auto (like the AR-15 was civilian first, military after), are also referred to as "assault" and "battle" rifles. The MCX Spear is a battle rifle, and the AR15 is an assault rifle. However, there is no such thing as an "assault weapon". That suggests knives or balls bats that fire ammo lol.
@mikewithers299

@tonypalmentera7752 it is a term now used by ignorant people to cause fear and panic in other ignorant people to react in such a way as to create hostility towards those people who do own these types of firearms. Their definition does not nor can not change the fact that these "civilian firearms" are nothing more than they were before the changing of the names to suit their (ignorant people's) false narrative. They still function the same and are not any more dangerous, but the use "scary words" to make others "think" they are more dangerous.
@Cowboycomando54

@@tonypalmentera7752 It is also worth noting that battle rifles do not need to be fully automatic to qualify as a battle rifle. The only need to be at least semi-automatic. Hence why M1 Garands, M14s, SKSs, and Gewehr 43 are referred to as battle rifles.

Yeah, the "Democratic party" has nothing to do with actual democracy anymore. Notice they put an actor on the white house press room stage, like he's some kind of authority on the matter when he lives one of the most sheltered lives imaginable for decades. That's what's wrong with being ruled by democracy instead of as a republic. It only takes 51% of the people to impose any party's every whim on the other 49%. Look at how many freedoms indicidual states have taken away from their citizens.. Just imagine if that were the case country-wide, and people had no right to move? Thankfully, there's a supreme court ..however, sadly, it's more about finding laws to meet their political agendas than it does the actual law.

You can not believe Congress would make an unconstitutional law? Unless they disregard the Bruin decision. It would be unconstitutional to ban AR15s. But don't put it past a tyrannical government to try.

Also remember that the auto weapons ban was intended as a poison pill to kill an otherwise good bill.

Before the Brady Bill, there were drive through convenience stores. You could get a bottle of liquor, pack of smokes, AND a hand or long gun with the ammo needed..
