A lot has been said and done about the so-called “Vikings” recently. They have gradually risen in popularity in recent years with the advent of several different forms of media that have put them back in the spotlight again and back into popular culture to boot. But what if we were to look solely at what we actually know of these mysterious yet influential people?
In part three of our three Viking-themed episodes, we’re talking about the influence the Vikings had in the tumultuous times that they navigated the waters of Europe. We previously looked at the historically dubious tales of Ragnar Lodbrok which were a window into this time, but now it’s time to get a little more non-fictional in this episode of Pixel History EXTRA!
