This was an amazing interview. Maven has shown his growth and maturity and understands the positive and negatives of wrestling very well. If anything, the WWE should hire him as an ambassador to speak with the new talent coming into the business. Just to give them some perspective on what is expected of them and to watch out for certain dangers and pitfalls that they'll likely encounter. WWE should do a series and call if Going for BROKE and have Maven host it because he's a great story teller.

What's interesting about Maven's rise to prominence on KZitem is that, since the business was "exposed" on a mass scale with the advent of the internet, so much of the intrigue of the behind the scenes has been about the conflict. Maven is a lot more instrumental to the business than people realize. His time as a wrestler was nondescript, but how he got into the business via Though Enough proved that people would consume non-wrestling content from WWE which now days is a huge part of their viewership. Plus Though Enough eventually morphed into NXT forever changing the development of future WWE stars. If season 1 failed current WWE would be completely different and Maven was a big reason why season 1 succeeded.

What's crazy about Maven's story is that 20 years ago, Maven's probably biggest issue for his career is that he couldn't "get over." He couldn't taper his personality to the business to engage with the fans. Now, 20 years later, he's "getting over" on YT. Maybe he learned something during his time on HSN in a more relaxed environment and realized that he could be himself and people could actually find him interesting. Or maybe his personality was made for our current moment rather than the turn of the millenia. Happy for him. I hate praising people I don't know firsthand, but he seems like a good guy.

Mavens career happened when I mostly wasn't watching wrestling, at the time but his channel is genuine and entertaining . Great interview here too

At my age now I am absolutely fascinated by the show. All of it. The business is really cool when you know how and what they're doing.

Maven looks, sounds and just exudes class in how he presents himself. Maven Huffman the human being is just as amazing as his character was.

Maven becoming one of the go-to wrestling pundits on KZitem makes me smile, he really is so good at breaking down the business and ring psychology

It's so awesome seeing Maven get the glow-up he's getting on KZitem. Couldn't happen to a better person. If only WWE would give him a call and a spot on commentary or as a backstage interviewer... He deserves it.

Love Maven's professionalism by dressing in a shirt, tie, and jacket for this production. Man continually proves he is a class act.

15:53 very well worded Maven, smart use of words that wont come back to haunt you and says a lot without you having to say much at all. This is going to be a wild wild case depending how deep it goes.
