Meet Taka. Originally born in Japan but having grown up in the US, he first came to Thailand more than 10-years ago and now runs a business here in the big city of Bangkok. In this video, Taka talks about the process of properly setting up a Thai company, how to find great employees, some of the differences between leading a team here compared to the US, some of the things he likes about Thailand (and doesn't like) and finally... what his life looks like as a business owner in Bangkok.
