Joe Mangrum is a sand painter who creates colorful artwork in Washington Square Park in New York City. He has spent 10 years perfecting the skills needed to create these designs, which require complete control of the muscles in his hands. He showed us how he is able to move his hands in different ways and at different speeds to create the designs.
