This guy knows his stuff. But in short term productivity, inorganic fertilizer is still the best option. U need to get a lot of organic fertilizer to augment the need nutrient.

15 100kg bags from an acre is a loss if you’re using pioneer (hybrid). Pioneer is supposed to make 25 to 30 100kg bags per acre. Each corn stick must have 2 or 3 corn cobs on it. If you’re getting 1 cob per stick then it’s better to use the local opv seeds which can also produce 15 bags. Besides it’s very cheap. Maybe it’s because he’s using organic manure.

Its really sad that harvesting takes lots of manual labor. I have trouble believing they straight can't get a combine. Every farmer in the USA has a combine (combination harvester and thresher)

It is Ceciyaa Foundation but they have no proper structures in place, he is the only one who is serious because that's what he is studying and so he is doing everything possible to be very good at the practical. He shouldn't have mentioned Ceciyaa in this because they have no proper records. Everything the foundation does is just for the camera and the internet but nothing real on the grounds except that of the Atebubu field.

I would’ve been pissed if I was this guy… asking me one question after the other like it’s an exam… my two cents to you is to relax, familiarize yourself with interviewees and try not to come across as aggressive. T for thanks
