Here's how I got nothing wrong on my most recent Chemistry test: 1. I started studying terms and definitions two days before a test of 50 activities, the formulas I memorised less than 12 hours before the test. I studied throughout the day in bursts of 45 or less minutes with 10-30 minute breaks in between. My quizzes and practice test were my study guides. (According to science, you lose 70% of the information you learn in one day within 24 hours. Basically, only 30% of the information you learn at the end of today will survive in your memory at the end of tomorrow.) 2. I mastered flashcards in "write" mode on Knowt and Quizlet by 1. reading them aloud 2. and recalling until I got them all right. ("Fill in the blank" is the typical format of my tests, probably not for everybody else.) 3. I mastered formulas by reading them aloud, then writing them down to check my memory. (The best hack was noticing a pattern, if any, and associating them with their corresponding scientific laws and principles. Example: Boyles law states: The pressure of a gas is inversely proportional to the volume if the temperature remains constant. Formula for Boyle's Law: PV=K) I mastered multiple choice terms and definitions, scientific laws and principles, and the way I mastered my other flashcards----reading aloud and recalling almost immediately until mastery. 5. I revised every part of the test in one sitting at least thrice the night before the test, and I would suggest you do this again the morning of the test. (I revised as much as necessary to master terms, definition, formulas, laws, principles, etc) 6. I used formulas to practice problems I would find on the test the night before the test, and I revised rules for significant figures at the same time. 7. After less than 8 hours of 2-day studying and revision, I got a 100% on the test. I may have crammed, but it's better than nothing.

The AK-47, a legendary firearm with a rich history, has cemented its place as one of the most iconic and widely recognized assault rifles in the world, renowned for its reliability, simplicity, and widespread adoption. Designed by Mikhail Kalashnikov, this masterpiece of engineering has earned its reputation as a symbol of power, revolution, and armed conflict. The AK-47's distinct silhouette, featuring its curved magazine, folding stock, and distinctive muzzle brake, is instantly recognizable, serving as an emblem of military might and resistance. This selective-fire rifle, chambered in the intermediate 7.62x39mm cartridge, boasts a robust and durable design, capable of withstanding harsh conditions and operating reliably in various environments. The AK-47's gas-operated system, coupled with its long-stroke piston, ensures smooth cycling and minimal recoil, allowing for accurate and controlled bursts of fire. With its relatively simple construction and fewer moving parts compared to other rifles, the AK-47 is renowned for its ease of use and maintenance, making it a favorite among soldiers, guerrilla fighters, and firearm enthusiasts alike. Its renowned reliability has earned it the nickname "The People's Rifle," as it has been employed by numerous military forces, insurgent groups, and revolutionaries worldwide. The AK-47's widespread adoption is a testament to its effectiveness in combat situations, where it has demonstrated its ability to operate in harsh climates, withstand abuse, and deliver deadly firepower. Its legendary reliability in adverse conditions has become the stuff of legends, with countless stories and anecdotes attesting to its enduring performance in the field. The AK-47's impact on warfare and global conflicts cannot be overstated, as it has played a significant role in shaping military tactics, influencing geopolitical landscapes, and fueling debates on gun control and arms proliferation. However, it is essential to acknowledge that the AK-47's reputation comes with a sobering reminder of the violence and devastation that firearms can inflict. While its design and impact are widely celebrated, it is vital to promote responsible ownership, prioritize safety, and ensure that the AK-47 is utilized solely for lawful purposes. The AK-47's history and legacy extend far beyond its utilitarian function, encompassing cultural symbolism, political significance, and even artistic representation. It has become an enduring icon in popular culture, appearing in movies, music, and art, representing themes of rebellion, power, and endurance. From war-torn battlefields to the hands of freedom fighters, the AK-47 stands as a testament to human ingenuity, adaptability, and the complex dynamics of conflict. As we contemplate its impact, let us remember the profound responsibility that comes with firearms, urging us to seek peaceful resolutions, promote understanding, and strive for a world where the AK-47 and its counterparts are no longer necessary.

This is actually a technique commonly used in medical school to memorize diagrams and most medical books have the pre sketched unlabeled and labeled diagrams on both pages. So, a tip for anyone who wants to label these diagrams more than once to practice is to put a clear binder paper holder over the page and tape each side to the edge of the paper. Then, you can label with a dry erase marker and erase afterwards. You can do this as many times as you like without damaging the binder paper holder or book. Then, when you’re done it will come right off. You could also theoretically draw the model and use this same trick with hand drawn models to practice more than once.
