Sir, can you please tell us how to know if we are dis- associated from the body , in a mindful state or meditative state For instance, I like to sit in silence while commuting for work and vice versa.I can't sit long with my eyes closed.But I love to see out through the window and observe the dialogue that goes in my mind.At times I get engaged in the dialogue but come out of it realising what's happening, then other topic comes up.In the meantime I lose the track of time.An hour feels like a minute.At times I feel that time did not move at all.But indeed my watch shows that hours has passed by when I get down at my stop.I don't feel tired.I feel but upset that I had to end the beautiful flow of timelessness going by and get back to work. Other point to add, everything around me feels as if it is muted.Though People around me chatter and banter with loud noise , my attention does not go that way.I notice it when someone tells me what happened. Am I dis associating in the above case? Kindly help
