I do this in a very unhelpful way, usually after I've been out with my sisters or other family members. I replay what said, nitpick everything I said, "why did I say that 🤦🏾♀️"...yikes. Will try to observe myself without the judgment!

I self sabotage a lot! I am too reactive which gets in the way of strategic thinking! I overextend myself. Compromise my well being too often.

What Mina mostly talked in this video is self consciousness. Self consciousness is indeed the first step in becoming self aware, yet it is not to be mistaken for self awareness. Being able to observe yourself and your triggers, is you being self conscious. Being able to understand why you’re getting triggered and what are the underneath motivations and intentions of your behaviours is real self awareness. A lot of people loop in being self conscious mistaking it for self awareness, and that only hinders their growth.

Awesome! Thank you Mina ❤ I really notice how much in my head I get for work. Sometimes it shows up as really agitated impatient energy that isn't pleasant to be around. When I looked closer I saw a wounded energy that felt the need to prove worthiness. And the agitated energy came from a story that other people or outside circumstances were in the way of me being able to prove my worthiness. And I was attached to the stories until I stepped outside of them and realized it was just a wound within me that needed healing. And that everything outside myself was actually perfect. And I resolved the hurt energy within me by imagining my boss telling me that he valued my conscientiousness, attention to detail, and appreciated the work I did. And I cried out the inner pain that was stuck there. And my work relationships flowed harmoniously after the release because I resolved it all internally without anyone else even knowing a thing! So excited for part 2 ❤

I want the second part 😊also, you look beautiful in that red dress Edit Things I have noticed and seemed interesting: 1- I was thinking about "girly girls" and my external reaction was doing a gesture like throwing up 🤢 but I realized I don't think about femenine girls like that, my mind thinks they are cute :( I don't know why I did that 🤔 2-

This is an effective exercise. There are times I realize I speak a lot and sometimes totally quiet and Yes, at times I feel chocked. Thank you for the self aware prompts that we can ask ourselves every time. I’m going to work on this everyday and put a guard on my mouth first. Thank you Mina ❤

I absolutely love your channel, it provides so much clarity on how to live more within your feminine energy. I have a question. The guy I am dating and about to get married to, still wants to live with his mum after marrige. His parents and everyone else is fine with moving out and he is financially capable..he just doesn't want to move out and prefers to stay with his mum for 5 to 6 years whilst married 🙃. I am not willing to do this, i feel like it's healthy to have our own space... How do I convince him to get a place for just us?

I've communicated with few such guys and this is how I politely decline them. 'I am ready to transition from daughter to wife and looking to be with someone who is willing to transition from son to husband.' He's basically looking for his parents' daughter-in-law, but not a wife!
