Thank you so much, Chris. You’re so right when said that nobody bothered to explain how to use this dryer. The so-called manual was of very little help. I saved your video for future reference. Thanks again.

This helped a lot. Dryer wouldn’t stay on no more than five minutes using other settings! This worked!

Thank You for that information. I too just got one of these and was wondering how to select the different options. I was wondering if one of the options helps keep blankets and towels from bunching up.

I use the quick option on the same style washer too.

The only reason it stops running is because the "dryness" button comes on automatically. Just turn it off. BTW, "Timed Dry" is the same thing as quick. Quick just gives you 15 minutes because that's "quick." Timed, lets you select the whatever time you want too. Just always make sure the "dryness" is set off, of the dryer will stop when it thinks your clothes are dry enough, which is never truly dry. I don't know why they even bother with that setting. It's useless and a hindrance.

Thanks for the tip. Will look at that "dryness" button on my next dry load.

but you cant turn the dryness levels off in all those different modes... it only goes off in Timed and Quick modes. What a joke!

Hi there! Great video! I'm in a new condo building with this dryer. I'll try what you suggested because all other settings, no matter what I choose, the clothes come out really damp. Such a waste of time and hydro. Will what you suggest here help? Thanks!
When the washing machine is heating the clothes and it reaches 16 in the scree, sometimes it stays for 40 or 50 minutes, is this normal?

So... 9 of the 11 dry settings are utterly useless. Nice to know. I returned the first dryer to the retailer thinking it had a faulty board, only to find the second one did the exact same thing. What a joke! A complete waste of time and unnecessary stress and frustration for the purchaser. Way to go Whirlpool!!!!
