This doesn't work though - images aren't going to be displayed for outlook users :/ Despite the many comments below, email signatures - including this method - are not simple. And if they look simple, they simply do not work as you'd expect.

Hi, there! We saw your message, and we understand you want to know if an email will be sent to junk folders when adding a picture or signature link. Since you have us here, allow us to check this for you. For us to be on the same page, can you confirm if your signature includes a large image size? Large images might trigger spam filters. You can avoid using images with excessive text or promotional content, as this could raise suspicion. Also, have you tried sending a test email with your signature and a link to yourself? When you add a picture or link to your email signature in Outlook, it should not automatically cause your emails to be marked as junk or sent to the spam folder. Spam filters and custom rules depend on your recipient. We'll wait for your feedback.

I bought 1 minecraft acc from a friend, I played for a few weeks then suddenly my account was locked, and I asked my friend why it happened but my friend didn't know anything. Hope you can read this article, I also submitted a form but waited a few weeks still no response.

@@MicrosoftCustomerSupport 1. it is a government laptop. but i had a signature block, then we had an issue where everyone's went away and now I can't make a new one. 2. the app. it is on my taskbar when i start my computer 3. version 2402, outlook app 4. no i had one a few weeks ago until a technical issue lost mine and many other people's

@@MicrosoftCustomerSupport Hello, just an FYI i was able to fix my issue by logging in as an administrator and editing the registry editor line titled something like "signatureallowed" and changing it from 1 to 0 or vice versa.

Can I save it to two email addresses in outlook? I have two departments I send out emails from in work. I've tried saving it to the second one but it won't save.
