I upgraded from my previous CNC to a larger Onefinity Journeyman X50 cnc. Since I went for a bigger machine I decided to go for it and add a water cooled spindle to my setup. This is part 1 where I wire up the spindle and the VFD to make sure it all works. This was definitely a learning experience and took awhile to make sure I did it right.
In the 2nd part I get into the details on programming the VFD so that the spindle is controlled by the Onefinity controller. These setup steps can be applied to other cnc setups using this spindle and CNC combination.
