With exception as noted here, pretty good video. Horrible conduit install from panel to panel. Violation 1. Because the bar you used as ground on the right is insulated from the panel can, the bonding jumper shown unconnected must be turned and connected to the ground bar. Violation 2. Respectfully, Kevin

If you had to move another breaker from the main panel to the sub panel, do you have to move the neutral and ground from that circuit associated with the hot line of that breaker to the new sub panel?

Is it possible to install two separate sub panels. The first would travel 115 ft Tony current camper that uses 30 Amp breaker and be ready to upgrade to my future 50 amp breaker. Plus a flood light and a small 20 amp outlet. My second sub panel will power my soon to be finished basement. My ham radio room will be on separate breakers just for my expensive equipment and radios. The rest will power the basement living room shower area , kitchen, etc. I plan common ground straps where my antenna grounding will also connect with multiple grounding rods spread apart according to code. Sorry for the long rambling and thank you for reading. Can if you can, please give me sound, useful, helpful Critiques. Keep in mind please, I’m asking because I’m trying to learn. My level of understanding may be far below yours. Thank you for understanding and have a wonder day. ❤️❤️❤️

I like the video, very informative and easy to understand. I have a 30 amp breaker on the main 200 amp service panel that I want to use as a secondary circuit breaker box or sub-panel. The breaker has three wires, the black, white and ground. Your video includes a red wire. Do you know if I can add the sub panel with this only a three wire (black, white, ground) configuration? Thanks.

240v connection requires 2 hots like in this set up. Double pull switch breaker requires the space of two breakers. It's basically required to get all 240v over to the sub panel

Don't you need bigger wires? Those don't look any bigger than #10 wire but that's not nearly rated for 60 amps.

By code it should be attached to the box. The way he has it there is no path for fault current so the box can become energized. So yes it should be connected to the box.
