Want to add more power to your punches and kicks? Remember this-- it ain't how much you got, it’s how much you can use!
To be at full power, you have to put 100% of YOU into every technique. But you're probably not doing that! Worse, there are probably parts of your body that are making you weaker! Let's fix that...
Throw a punch. Now pick a body part, like your back foot, and ask it, "How are you helping me?" There are only three possible answers…
Either your foot is helping you, it’s doing nothing, or it’s hurting you.
If it’s helping, see if it can help more. If it’s doing nothing, see if it can start helping. And if it’s hurting you, fix it.
Repeat this process with EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY. Feet, ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, neck, face... everything!
Your goal is to figure out how each part of your body can help make your punching and kicking stronger.
When you find that sweet spot where your whole body is helping, and nothing is holding you back, then you’ll be at full power.
