@evelynschepens

@@apoorvapatwardhan ooh yeah i did, basicly you have to choose the right line in your menu. Where you’d select your rectangle path for example, if you go down the dropdown menu of the path… dont select the path with the clock next to it but the line directly above it. It would be easier to explain with a picture but I hope you understand it

Bro, im not very good in AE, im trying to do soft body animation for a UI and export using lottie plugin to render as svg animation on the web, but its been a pain to animate bezier paths correctelly for a beguinner and the plugin that exports for me dont support effects , just svg stuff, so i thought (is there a way i create the animation i want using an effect like u did here ,and once is finished i convert it to frame by frame path animation and drop the effect?)

How to beat the pixelated edges of the shape that appear after applying the Echo effect? We can't use this techniques if the shape doesn't move in a straight line. Thank you.

hey, make sure you have a few things. A background with some color to it, an adjustment layer above that layer, then adding the levels effect on the adjustment layer. I make a mask the shape of the shadow I'd like, than in the levels effect I adjust the "output black" setting. Hope that helps!

@@CHRISSX-x2k One route is cel animation. Roughly draw your frames and go into AE and do your clean up. I personally would use C4D in order to create that look properly. Making one pedal and using joints to get a really nice bend/control. Check out C4D basecamp through school of motion, well worth your time learning for sure. Sadly, AE isn't the right tool to create that look.
