Hey! I see what you mean, when it comes to the final element of the exposure triangle to adjust there is no fixed number. If you've got your shutter and aperture dial in, your adjusting the ISO to get a balanced exposure whatever that takes. That could be ISO of 200 or 2000+ depending on your lighting conditions. If your unsure, set ISO to auto and just practice with getting your aperture and shutter speed the way you want it. Hope that makes sense and goodluck!
