My Ridgid r4512 was not giving me good cuts and I was getting burned sides on hardwoods. After failing at a shop-made gauge, I bought a Woodpeckers Saw Gauge. It's excellent. I show you how to remove the back panel of your table saw and adjust the blade to the miter slots. However, if you have a zero clearance insert or a sled, you should account for the movement of the blade in those accessories.
