Is it mandatory to upload the ‘official’ transcript since the application asked for it? I thought earlier in the video you said it was optional once the completion letter is received

Hi Esiyana. Thanks for your question. I did say for the online application you can upload either your official or unofficial transcript. A transcript is a mandatory document for your PGWP application. If you look on the document checklist you will notice that it is. Also, there is a column in the document checklist table that says instructions with a question mark "?" If you hover over the question mark you will see the below explanation: "If you're applying for a Post-Graduation Work Permit, you must provide a final transcript from your school that confirms you've completed your study program. If you're applying for a visa to return to Canada and you have a valid work or study permit, you must submit your most recent school transcript. Your transcript must be on your school's official letterhead or printed from your school's website and should include information like: the classes you attended; when you took these classes; your final marks (if you completed the study program); the reasons why you didn't complete your study program; and anything else that could be relevant." The above information technically states that you can submit either an official or an unofficial transcript. I hope you understand better now. All the best with your application.
