I used to follow this position while riding on the RC 200 until i hit a bump on the road at high speed because of which my body moved forward and i crushed my balls... worst feeling ever

I own a RC200 and was planning my maiden tour ever since I got this stunning machine. While researching a lot for pro-tips, I came across this video and I should say, your tips were really helpful. I cruised comfortably at 120kmph from Chennai-Kodaikanal and had great fun cornering the twisty ghats. The only downside, I had to cling onto the tank and that killed my adductor muscles. Although I felt my duke200 offered better thigh grip than the RC, there is nothing seriously wrong in touring with this beast.

just bought a superbike yesterday, it's my first bike in life, and i didn't know how to ride it properly, started watching videos, but this one is the best, cause it shows you actually what it looks like when you're balancing the weight on the center of the bike ( tank ) and not on wrists ). So basicaly i understood that i had a bad positioning, based on your video, because of the sit position. I was too close to the tank, and my shoulders would be stretched and understress ( that's why today i've basically pain everywhere... ). I'm gonna try to use that position out today, the air weight does change a lot by the way, nice video man. Useful

Mr Vikas what you are suggesting is track position on a supersport. ie sit at back of the front seat. that way you can do cornering easily. how will that position be more comfy? riding supersport for long distances you need to be physically fit. no matter where you transfer stress points on your body, it will start paining. no way around it, you have to be fit.

what about the seating position in duke 200. i used to sit all the way close to the tank, grabbing with my thighs. what if i scoot all the way back, will it be easier to handle or worse in naked/ streets? whats the ideal way for nakeds?
sir can we raise the Handel bar of the bike it will also help a lot. I am thinking of buying an hyosang gt650r and the main problem is its Handel are a bit down and I have back problem so what should I do should I modifi its Handel by raising it.

bro! nice videos.does duke390 handle the crosswind forces? which one would be a good option between rc and duke for wind force problem.. like duke can go 165 but doesn't it wobble .. only because rc has a ferring i am gng for it. can u share duke390 stability after 100kmph?because i have a feeling that duke390's front end may become light at high speeds which may not inspire confidence at such speeds unlike rc390 . whats your suggestion?

HAHA, and here I joined the gym and working on my deadlift so I can ride better. It does honestly help a lot. From what I know riding a sports bike is like using a keyboard while doing pushups, the handle is used for CONTROL and not for support. I may have read this in twist of the wrist.

Any extension\loading of body parts beyond normal will cause discomfort. Position you suggested needs constant loading on leg muscles..while the extension will be more as handle will be more far away if you sit most backwards....! So I am not sure if this gonna help or worsen the condition.....! just saying... Will try your suggestions though!

Spend the money on adjustable Rearsets, and you'll never go back to stock. In order to have control, you need to be in the correct position. If you are a shorter person, adjustable rearsets will bring your knees up, and release pressure off your ass, your back, which then releases pressure off the bars. You should be able to take a corner while leaning off a bit, and still have pressure on the outside peg, while being light on the bars, and also be able to switch positions easily without having to lift yourself off the seat.
