Jaiswal ji 2.5 yrs purani legal position bta rhe ho, jiska koi fayda nhi hai. Ab legal position yeh hai k purana house bechne per 1% TDS katwana pedta hai. Or agar nya house kharido to yeh TDS refund ho jata hai if the value of purchsed house is more than that of the sold house. But no tax expert knows how to go about it. They even don’t know what to mention in the ITR. So please make video on this if you know the real legal position.

सर एक सवाल है अगर कोई *सीनियर सिटीजन* 20_25 साल पहले खरीदी हुई फ्लैट या मकान आज बेचते हैं और दुबारा उस सारी अमाउंट को फ्लैट या मकान में ना ईन्वैस्ट करके किसी बैंक या डाकघर या एलआईसी की रीटायरमैंट इंकम प्लान में इन्वेस्ट करते हैं तो क्या तब भी कोई टैक्स देना होगा

I am also investing my money there. If his name is kept in the second position and mine in the first, will it save the property tax?? Or his name should have to be in the first position to save the tax.

sir if I sell my house @ 80 lakhs and indexation cost comes out to be 20 lakhs then 60 lakhs will be under tax scrutiny, now if I buy a flat whose cost is 50 lakhs and I give a down payment of 10 lakhs and the rest money I pay by the interest rate of the money that I keep in the bank then kya pura 50 lakhs tax se maaf ho jaiga??

E.g. 34l capital gain .cost of another old house at cost of rs.24 including stamp duty proposed flat. On balance rs 10 lakh tax at 20 8% to be paid. This combination can be done. Pl advise

Hello sir my grandpa gives money to purchase property to my momat 2005 so property worth 500000 purchase by my mom in 2004-2005because of some kind of loss I took loan 2976000 against property Lap from private bank and now in March 2019 I sold property in 4100000 lacks but I am not liable to purchase another house or property or not in capital gain bank account because all 410000 lacks I distributed 2900000lacks as a bank loan and remaining as from the person I took so what should I do to get rid of from capital gain because I have nothing left and the property belongs to my mom and me and my wife took loan as a coborrower in bank also me and my wife both handicapped so what should I do please please please please help

Kya mai makan bechkar Jo bhi income mere pass hoti hai to usko kya mai bank mai jams kar Sakta hu. Us par kitna tax dey hoga. Please slab wise batayiye mujhe sir ji. Agar koi makaan bechkar,makkan, ke badle plot leta hai, to jaise apne kaha teen saal mein banana hoga. Agar woh teen saal poora hone se pehle bana le to kya total 36 month poora hone ke baad beech de. To kya capital gain lagega. Ya phir banane ke 36 month baad bech sakega. Pls answer
