I started standing in my living room on the board with one foot, 1 minute each while watching tv to build up the balance and the muscle. Next step is to do it on concrete

I skated mongo for YEARS and got really comfortable with it. My friends still talk shit about it, but, i like it. 😡

I learned to skate Mongo and do tricks mongo because I didn’t know it was wrong. I feel most comfortable in a Regular stance but I can only push when im “Goofy” because thats the foot I used to push when I was mongo. Should I relearn everything goofy or just get my left foot more stronger cuz I feel like it’s not even putting force.

@@isurusenarath5767 I have the dragon formula wheels so they are soft, a 93a I believe but they slide like a hard wheel about 101 or 102. That’s why I love these wheels they skate smooth but also slide

How do i keep my front foot from getting sore from just balancing on my board. I was skating for a bit the other day and my foot started killing me and was giving out a bit. Any way to stop that?

Keep going. It's like working out, your body isn't used to it so it gets sore, so you got to do it consistently so your body gets used to it. obviously stopping if theres pain

Do you have Enny tips for me i have a cruise Board with rizer pads and i am a small guy so i need to bend my balancing knee to tutch the ground with my pushing foot but in that State i get a sore tibia bone because all the impact goos there how can i improve.

No matter what board you have your balancing leg will slightly bend when pushing, when I don’t skate for a while my legs and stuff feel sore and tense but after a while you build the strength and get used to doing it
