Make room for increased productivity by putting these habits into play: Cut your to-do list in half. ... Take more breaks. ... Follow the 80/20 rule. ... Use your morning to focus on yourself. ... Tackle your challenging tasks before lunch. ... Improve your email etiquette. ... Create a system. ... Stop confusing productivity with laziness.

I love how you combine concepts from Science to Philosophies, into something that we can use in our Daily Life. Also love how you put variety of passions and not just regular office works assignments. Strides like Music & Sport is not as clear/organised as regular paperwork assignments, so I appreciate a lot for you to include that in the examples! Absolutely best one out there. Keep improving, Freedom of Thought!

Great video. I understand this line of thinking, though I think it would be interesting to see some research on maintaining motivation in something for a change. It's anecdotal and might only apply to me, but when I'm motivated it something, my performance sky-rockets, it's not just a matter of using up all my energy in one day, though that's probably some of it. My first year at my current job, I was crazy motivated and absolutely crushed every task thrown my way, now I'm not so motivated and feeling kind of stagnant. A whole year was definitely the longest I've ever stayed motivated to do something and I still can't figure out what kept me motivated.
