Can you please share your perspective on dealing with arguments? How to react when someone says something to hurt you or belittle you? How not to get angry and defend yourself? How to contain anger? I know it all comes to self worth but hearing your perspective helps a lot. Love your channel ❤

You can never lose your temper. You never let it get to you or affect you. You have to be really calm in these situations and keep your voice down and talk slowly. When you do that it makes you look powerful because they failed in triggering you, and that’s when they realise they have zero power over you.

Remind yourself to take deep breaths. You can first tell them how your feel and that what they said hurt you. let them explain their side and explain yours but Tell them that you deserve to be respected. You can then walk away and give them and yourself time to think. Then come back calm and continue the conversation. If they still don’t respect you then they aren’t the person for you

Wow…this was very much well said. This help me realize exactly what my problem is. I’ve always knew that I have to fix myself internally and externally. BUT, this whole time I’ve been just so focused on the outside of myself. What others thinks, how do I look etc.. Always trying to come off as confident on the outside. Not evening realizing that when I’m alone I often feel like I’m not doing enough etc. So to completely ignore my internal feelings. I just stay busy . That’s my problem not addressing my internal feelings.

Video Summary: The video discusses the importance of being mindful of what we say and how we talk about ourselves and others, as it can have a significant impact on our relationships and self-worth. It emphasizes the need to develop a strong sense of self and set boundaries in order to demand respect from others. The speaker also highlights the importance of focusing on inner healing and self-fulfillment in order to build true confidence. - 00:00 The power of your words reflects who you are and smart people judge others based on how they talk about themselves and others. - 02:32 Surround yourself with people who uplift you and take no credit for your success, while being aware of those who may use your insecurities against you. - 05:06 Small actions that we may not be aware of can have a deep impact on someone else's life, as illustrated by a story of a man who lost respect due to a woman humiliating him in front of others. - 07:42 Communicate your preferences, desires, needs, and deal breakers in a relationship to establish boundaries and demand respect. - 10:14 To be smart and confident, focus on your inner self and work on healing and self-worth. - 12:48 Building a strong relationship with oneself through self-reflection and personal growth leads to confidence and self-respect. Okey but I'm an introvert with lots of mental disorders and trauma caused by my own parents , they treat me like animals and don't leave a chance to insult in front of relatives and are very toxic . Now I'm always helpless in front of others cuz I'm always scared and anxious of every little thing and nobody(friends) stays after they had their therapy time with me as I have a humorous and funny personality (not a people pleaser, I love delivering jokes) in front of who don't know my truth but I can't fake it for long , it's very energy sucking. I don't tell people what I'm going through cus that makes me uncomfortable and anxious.

I realized how a person I know changed on me after opening up too much to her. She changed her work and joined the people I know. These people has told me their secrets and everything. When I saw her worried about the new environment, I started telling her everything she need to know including the secrets of my people. Not long after staying with them, I saw her change her perception on me. She stopped talking much even started not to show interest when I talk. This was the point when I realized I made a mistake and I was getting soo emotional being around her that I talked other peoples things. I am too late to change what happened but I learnt. Don't be emotional around the people you like to be with. I swear to you that I was never a person like this and I am little depressed when realizing what I have done. WATCH YOUR MOUTH IS THE REAL GOLD HERE!!!

Thank you for this video, I randomly came across it. I now know the difference between self-worth and confidence. I've realised that I dont have the inner confidence i thought I did, so my question is how do you increase your inner self-worth? When you said that you should be glad to be with yourself when nobody is watching it really dawned on me that this is a problem with me, and I wondered if other saw it too. But, I don't know how to fix it either, so anyone that can help, let me know.
