Yes. I feel like this is easy when going very slow, and not taking a big swing. But the second you try to hit a full shot , for me, I end up getting ball bound and flip and release at the ball hard. I wish it were easier for me

This drill is meant to methodically build a swing over time…..6 months or more. No instant gratification here as we will rebuild a swing. So what is your result telling you? At what point or speed do you loose it. When you do lose it back down and start again.

You have that right. I went out today trying some of the things I’m working on and only had success maybe half the shots. All in all I was happy….some were outstanding . It takes dedication, patience and time@@teddythodo3302
