Just bled M365 using this kit and technique and it worked GREAT! thank you to EZmtb! PS I also found the Shimano instruction manual for dealers and the procedure is exactly the same :-)

Thank you for the video! I haven't been able to use my bike for a while because I couldn't figure out how to properly bleed the brakes. I didn't even realize there was a side hole in the caliper for the fluid to drain out! Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video!!

Bleeding the brakes is the easiest part of servicing. Bikes. Anyone can learn in 5 to 10 minutes. Only takes 5 to 10 minutes to do. In my opinion straightening wheels is the hardest.

What is good replacement for M355 hydralic brakes as of today that would fit? Good video, thanks. Bled a few times but not gripping power. Rotor thickness is good, maybe I just better quality brakes - I am not using Shimano bakes. Front are doing well.

There's nothing wrong with them, they're just not as strong. And they require more constant maintenance since the pads auto adjust as they wear unlike rubber block rim brakes. This procedure your average person would have to do maybe every year or two.

@joshdyer9465

Mujahid Pediongco no it is not required to put in new pads after bleeding. However, if you get the mineral oil on the pads or rotor, then you will have to replace them because they will become ineffective.. That’s why they took the pads out in the beginning.
