Thank you so much for this video as well as your best birthing positions video! Just had my sixth baby and I believe that since I followed your advice the best that I could, I did not tear at all for the first time ever! Thanks for all your research and clear ways of explaining things! And for empowering me to be a fearless mama. ♥️

I hope that cuddling my wife, giving her a massage, telling her how much I love her will make it easier for her. I'll be so proud of her.

Dear Ma'am If a lady has mild hypertension, can she have a normal delivery? Do medicines taken for hypertension have impact on baby growth

Okay maybe I missed it, but what does the FER feel like and how is it different from a contraction? How can you tell?
@DanceePinkston
3 жыл бұрын
FER is similar to a contraction but on a deeper level. From my 2 personal experiences it was like the same as a throwing up reflex...is the best way I can describe it. 🤣 I didn’t even purposely push with my last. My uterus literally ejected her out in 2 contractions from crowning.

pushing correctly with my second baby, with my first I had an epidural and never felt the urge to push due to the drug

Can you just not push? And your body will expulsé the baby naturally with contractions? I heard that somewhere... I’m conflicted if I should listen to providers or just listen to my body and push only if I feel like it . I heard some women being told to push at certain times and during the ring of fire and they tore really badly...

I want to do a water birth so how do you support yourself in more detail when at the ring of fire stage? Thanks :)
@DanceePinkston

This is a great question..I had the same one as I want to do a water birth. It is the same concept as a warm wash cloth compress but instead you are using just a hand and the warm water. Usually mommas will use their own hand. ☺️

Does the FER happens in every contraction ? Isnt it why nurses and doctors ask u to push DURING a contraction ?
@DanceePinkston
3 жыл бұрын
Good question! Sometimes women never get to experience FER because they are told to start pushing way too early or they simply can’t feel it because of an epidural so coached pushing is required. ☺️ what kind of birth are you thinking about having?
