Brew Recipe
Fermentables:
65 deg C (150 deg f) Mash for 60 min
75 deg C (165 deg f) Mash out for 10 min
100g (3.5oz) Acidulated Malt
5.2 kg (11.5 lbs) 2-Row
0.5 kg (1.1 lbs) Crystal 60
Hops:
60 Min - 45g Centennial 11.2%
30 Min - 30g Centennial 11.2%
10 Min - 30g Centennial 11.2%
Hop Stand 15 min - 30g Centennial 11.2%
