How to build an exhaust muffler at home using aluminium casting techniques and a carbon fiber tube.
I've had issues with the exhaust of my Tomos Café Racer project building up too much pressure around the exhaust port. I did some calculations and figured my exhaust muffler and stinger inner diameter were too small. I decided to build an exhaust silencer for my 2-stroke moped myself using aluminium casting and a carbon fiber tube. The result and sound is amazing. Enjoy!
