Matt you’re a real inspiration man. The difference between your content and everybody else’s - I believe I can change my life after I watch your videos. It feels personal and not just business content. Almost as if starting a business is the key to self improvement and leveling up. By getting to know myself I get to help others in my same situation. No other opportunity feels that way. At least for me.

This is one of the best indeed, thanks Matt. I have a question: now, how many people do you have alltogether? And I have a request, I am starting from bellow zero here and I figured that this could be my target audience as well, something small, 4 digits scale for instance, and I wonder if you have anything to say for the the embryios founders like me. I am in Brazil and I am studying your materal for a couple of months now, I got hundreds of pages of notes but I feel I am missing something. I would be forever grateful and it will certainly help tons of other small fishes out here too.

I want to add that my request has already been granted, I wrote the comment about 5 minutes before the end of the video, so for me the last part was in fact tailor-made, ultra precision, it´s a-ma-zing! Thanks so much, xpecially for the CIM and resources, I can see how carefully it was prepared and I am in awe for such a gift I got, that is the power of a good weapon, I don´t think I´ve seen such efficiency before, kuddos, keep them coming, May the Lord Bless you all.

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

This is great, I think that your channel will massively blow up very soon. Mine escape from matrix is dropshipping, and I have to say that the most important thing to have is really good products to sell. That's like backbone of this business (so I am using a little bit of winnerzila to get their weekly product suggestions. They give out five products per week, of which at least three are absolute winners). I have been subbed on their lifetime plan for ten months now. Of course, it was tough at beginning, but last month I made almost 16000$ profit.

I had to pause before 6 minutes in because there was too much too quickly. Figuring out some of the information in the early stages will take time, although there's no guidance on how to go about doing it. I didn't want to watch the rest until I'd caught up with and completed the first points, so then feeling ready to move on to the next point. So far it sounds more easier said than done. A breakdown video of each step would be ideal...for me anyway.

Hi Matt, I’m Janssen, a young aspiring entrepreneur. I’ve been watching your videos for a while now. And I think my dreams have now sparked. I’ve dedicated myself to it. My dream is to become a successful entrepreneur (hopefully while I’m still somewhat young) with the power to make a difference in the world and live my life to the fullest. But I’m still 16, no business experience, and barely any professional skills. I’m trying to figure out what the best first steps are to take. What would you recommend doing on to have a strong start in achieving my dream? Thank you so much for your advice!
@realmattgray
17 күн бұрын
Here’s what I’d recommend: 1. Start Learning Relentlessly: At 16, your greatest asset is your time and your ability to learn. Dive into books, podcasts, and online courses on entrepreneurship, leadership, and whatever industries interest you. Absorb everything you can. 2. Build Skills: You don’t need to have all the skills right now, but start identifying areas you’re passionate about. Is it marketing? Coding? Design? Start honing in on one or two skills that you can build a foundation on. The internet is full of free resources where you can start practicing and gaining experience. 3. Get Hands-On Experience: Don’t worry if you don’t have business experience yet. Start small. Try freelancing, doing internships, or even starting a small side hustle. The key is to get your hands dirty and learn by doing. You’ll make mistakes, but that’s part of the process. 4. Find a Mentor: Surround yourself with people who have done what you want to do. Whether it’s through local business groups, online communities, or even just following the journeys of entrepreneurs you admire, having role models and mentors will help you see the path ahead more clearly. 5. Keep the Vision Alive: Entrepreneurship is a marathon, not a sprint. There will be highs and lows, but if you keep your vision at the forefront, you’ll be able to navigate through any challenges. Remember, the most important thing is to keep taking action, no matter how small. 6. Start Now: Don’t wait until you feel “ready” or have everything figured out. The best way to learn is by starting. Even if it’s just a small project or side hustle, the experience you gain will be invaluable.

I don't agree about maximizing output and minimizing input, I mean if you have the systems for that that's amazing but for people starting out we need to put effort into our content to become different and have great quality, I prefer in the beginning posting twice a week but very well thought scripted and well crafted content.

I hear you, and I get where you’re coming from. Quality over quantity is definitely important, especially when you’re just starting out. It’s crucial to stand out and offer real value to your audience. Crafting well-thought-out, high-quality content can set the foundation for your brand. That said, once you’ve established that quality, building systems to maintain consistency without burning out can help you scale without sacrificing that value. It’s about finding the balance that works for you-starting with high-quality content, then creating systems to sustain and grow that quality over time. Remember, it’s not just about working harder; it’s about working smarter as you progress.

How should I post daily about my physical products. I've already shared about them. I make artisanal food. I don't have a fancy kitchen or great equipment 😢

Posting daily about your artisanal food products can be a great way to build a loyal customer base and keep your audience engaged. Here are some strategies you can use to create content that resonates with your audience, even without fancy equipment: 1. Behind-the-Scenes Stories: Share the process of making your products, even if it’s simple. People love seeing the authenticity behind handcrafted items. Highlight the care and love that goes into each product, showing how your hands are the most important tools in your kitchen. 2. Ingredient Spotlight: Feature one ingredient each day, talking about its origins, why you chose it, and how it adds to the quality of your product. This builds trust and educates your audience about the uniqueness of your offerings. 3. Customer Testimonials: Share feedback from customers who love your products. User-generated content, like photos and stories from your customers, can be powerful and relatable. 4. Daily Rituals: Show a part of your daily routine related to your product-making process. Whether it’s morning coffee before you start, the prep work, or the end-of-day cleanup, it personalizes your brand. 5. Share Your Why: Regularly remind your audience why you started your business. Tell stories about your journey, your passion for artisanal food, and the challenges and joys of running a small business. 6. Product Usage Ideas: Give your audience ideas on how to use your products. Share recipes, pairing suggestions, or creative ways to enjoy what you make. 7. Seasonal Promotions: Tie your products to seasons, holidays, or special occasions. Create limited-time offers or themed posts that make your products feel timely and relevant. 8. Answer Questions: Engage with your audience by answering their questions in posts or stories. This could be about your process, ingredients, or the best way to enjoy your products. 9. Humor and Fun: Don’t be afraid to inject humor into your posts. Show the lighter side of your business, whether it’s a kitchen mishap or a funny story related to your day. By focusing on these authentic and relatable content ideas, you can keep your audience engaged daily without needing a fancy kitchen or equipment. Your passion and dedication will shine through and resonate with your followers.

Thanks Matt but this begs the age old "Should you niche down?" I make educational content but am looking to work on my personal brand. I feel like posting non educational material will confuse my audience. Thanks!

@@realmattgray a followup, I love teaching, vlogging, and music. I'm really wondering if I should I have a teaching channel, a vlogging channel, and a music channel, or just be the teacher that happens to like vlogging and music. thank you!

Your personal brand means nothing without first proving yourself valuable to the market. Benjamin Franklin --> changed how we think about science and politics Elon --> paypal and changed how the world makes payments online Jeff B. --> changed how the world shopped with amazon The guys you mentioned all gave massive value in their space before being the "personal brand" they are now. Ask yourself this - what VALUE does my personal brand even bring? If it's "I post phtotos in Bali and that makes people buy my course/product" you are doing it wrong. Are you truly making a difference with your personal brand? Things to ask yourself.
