Shure would have been nice to see you plumb it. That's what I was waiting for.

Thanks for the feedback. The original pump broke and I need to replace it. I will be sure to capture the full replacement. Appreciate the comment.

Congratulations on your build. You should be happy taking on something most people would have it done for them! Excellent job…

Good job! Very nice looking & sounds great. Tip: for wasps…get a regular spray bottle; put a squirt (not a lot - very little maybe about 5 drops) of dishwashing soap (any brand); then just fill with water, shake and spray wasp. Within 5 to 10 seconds they will drop dead. I’ve personally counted after spraying them. Some go legs up in 3 seconds. How it works: the soap makes it too heavy for their wings hence they will drop but once they are on ground, spray 2 or 3 more squirts. The soap clogs their exoskeleton & they can’t breath. Wasps breath thru their exoskeleton. Also adjust the nozzle spray to a slightly “spread” effect - not a stream. That way it kinda has a shotgun spread effect & you will be able to get their wings. You can also go cheap on the water bottle & dishwashing sopa - don’t go name brand or anything - not needed. All acts the same & has same effect.

Hi! Thank you for watching the video. Everything is running great. I ignorantly did not anticipate algae since it is pondless, but I had to add some treatment. I also noticed high evaporation of the water due to the weed block I placed over the block to prevent smaller rocks from falling in. I bit the bullet and picked out the small rocks then removed most of the weed block. Seems to have helped reduce the frequency of refills.

Question, if the pump quits working do you have to remove all rock to get to it?

Hi, first - thanks for watching. The pumps are in a bucket-like housing with a lid. Separate pumps for the waterfall bamboo water feature.

I ordered it on Amazon a few years ago. It's no longer available. I wanted to get another and cannot find any this size. The ones currently on Amazon are half the size.

@@WeBeJHelen I have looked everywhere for a similar one! If I could be cheeky and ask if you could give me the dimensions of the different bits of bamboo as I have found an ebay seller here in UK, who sells different sizes, I will order the pieces in the sizes you have and build one :)
