@@MONGOTV1r6 Happy with the progress so far! :) I'm shifting focus from high reps to weighted. Currently I can do 6 reps with 50lbs on vest. I'm having a similar experience with wall-assisted handstand pushups. When I started those a couple months back I could only do 3/4 [.75] of a single rep. Now I can do 12 reps. My approach is to train often [1 day rest] and train to failure or close to failure. A lot of work squished into a week! ^_^ Lots of people advise against going to failure or not resting for 48-72hrs; this has not been ideal in my experience. YMMV.

i didsgree to a certain degree. Traps and neck plus yoyr forearms are the muscles that make you look lñike a badass. So if you have huge buceos and tricepos, with small forearms yor arms will look small and thats a fact. Withouyt traps and neck, you will look as f you are weak and almost if you dont train (no proportions). So these tree underrated muscles + THE OTHER ONES mentions are the ones that will make your physiqu stanbd out. In fact a thick neck already makes you"aesthetic" even in you are relatively skinny, cause it makes you look manly and pair that up with traps = massive look without even being that huge. Take as examples, zyzz, jeffseid, david laid, arnodld, and most animated caracthers, and tell me which of them has small traps and neck???? the answer will be 0000. So train your neck and traps and forearms foir esthetics as well. And i know that these trhee guys werent natural, but still huge traps ina natural way is still achievable even with average genetics. And if you are a guy like me with top tier neck genetics, trust me ven better. Ans alot people hve top tier neck genetics (15 inch necks without people training them) so dont wate that potential. Besides that here what b4flex has to say

Just curious how would dips not work your upper inner chest but decline bench press does and why not talk about rings dips too you can alter you range of motion to be closer to that of a decline bench and you can contract a little more at the end and with rings dips being harder than standard dips shouldn't they be better for muscle building and aesthetics?
