I loved the podcast. I appreciate what Dr Mosconi had to say. Though she mentioned that not all women have symptoms from perimenopause and menopause, she didn’t elaborate on if these women have the same risk of Alzheimer’s. I’m 56 in full menopause and never had a symptom outside of missed periods. Started perimenopause 2 months after my 50th birthday and my last period was 3 months before I turned 53. I didn’t want to assume the lack of elaborating means we don’t have the same concerns.

I have been retired for 5 years and have watched OVER 6,000 health based podcasts. YOU have the BEST podcasts. Your guests are amazing and you present information in an easy to understand format. Maybe I shouldn't say this but on top of it all the doctor is adorable. Good job.

Super helpful video! There are several strategies that may help reduce the risk of cognitive decline and promote brain health: Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle like, regular exercising, staying mentally active - Manage Chronic Conditions like, controlling blood pressure, maintaining a healthy weight - Social Engagement like, engaging in social activities. It's important to note that these strategies may not guarantee complete protection against Alzheimer's disease, but they can contribute to overall brain health. Many thanks for the very useful video Max and Dr. Lisa! 🙌❤👍

Spot on! Menopause has been SO ignored. I have seen red flags and am actively making attempts to prevent further damage. What I have learned about bipolar and metabolic issues have blown mind and at the same time empowered me to make better decisions for myself. Thank you Max. Rock on!

When you have a guest, I would rather hear the opinion of the guest, but not your opinion. 12:02:30 Max says Omega 3 ALA is not usable in the body, and first has to be converted. That is not true, Omega 3 Alfa linoleic acid is used in the body on its own, AND it can be converted to EPA and DHA, which I think he is referring to. But we also need ALA, not just EPA and DHA.

Seed oils (flax) require more careful handling & processing than olive oil or avocado oil. I'm not sure how well food manufacturer's as a whole can be trusted to make sure they are processed & handled properly especially if money becomes an issue.

Big issues with this video. Camera is out of focus much of the time and the sound is poor. Dr Lisa's voice is quiet compared to Max and there is a strange low frequency hum continuously in the background. Shame because the conversation is excellent. if you turn the sound up to hear Dr Lisa, then the hum is really annoying. Never seen/heard these issues before on Max's great videos.

The guest is talking about health, disease, Alzheimer’s and is giggling every minute. Like my 8 year old when friends visiting. What is the point of the giggling? Adds nothing and just delay. This is not comedy. Max you have great program and listen much but cut this one short after 5 minutes. Thanks Max for all your efforts.
