Here’s another fun mechanical dropset for you and a sure fire way to get some massive forearms while improving grip strength.
First we start out with a bench supported offset hammer curl that I love and find humbling as hell (trust me, thumbless grip makes it even harder).
We ride that out until you can no longer keep a rigid wrist and then rotate the kettlebell as you see me do which reduces what’s called the moment arm and therefore loading of your wrist & forearm by bringing the large mass of the kettlebell closer to your body.
Ride that out and again and then swap to an evenly balanced, similar weight dumbbell and go so again.
Trust me, this is way harder than it looks and your forearms will be SCREAMIN’ by the time you finish this.
