Sir suggestion chahiye aapse please reply dena please. Mai gym karta tha meri body bhi thik thak thi matlab fit thi lekin lockdown ke badse mai continue gym nahi ja paa raha mera pet nikl aya hai mai apna 100% nahi de pa raha hun. Lekin mujhe firse body banani hai. Mai thoda depressed ho chuka hun. Mujhe samaj nahi aa raha ki mai es situation se kaise bahar padun.

sir 2 parts me 1.5 hours tak lag jata hai, usse pahele warmup ka 15 minutes, aur is workout 2 bande chahiye honge saath me, jabki only one is possible, dusro ka bhi workout hota hai, toh yeh waise bhi time zyda lega, so it will be very difficult to be honest to follow this, but good plan for workout sir, thanks)

So as per the workout like for chest after finishing which type of streching we should do and how or for legs which type of streching we should do after the leg work out...
