I tried not to be too self-serving with this. It's valid no matter where you buy your watches. Best, Tim

Great tips for a new watch collector like myself. After watching allot of KZitem videos, don’t just focus on the cheapest deal, but factor in the service they provide.

Excellent advice. I've bought and traded numerous watches with Joshua Thanos over the years. Never had a problem. He and your company have always been prompt, fair and ethical. Buy the seller!

I bought my Monaco Calibre 11 from you guys about a month ago. 50% of what they go for new and when I received it, it looked completely new and unworn. Super happy with my purchase.

I'll work on this. It's though because auctions tend to limit the info and firsthand access a buyer can receive. I'd say that much of what's relevant here applies, but also Google the serial number if available to see if it's been offered before at auction. If there's a public exhibition event associated with the auction, definitely attend that if you can. And find out what a service will cost before bidding. Almost all auction houses note "service recommended," and it's often the only reliable info listed in the auction house's description! Best, Tim

Thanks having hunted 1960s pieces for over 10 years, I prepare my custom checklist for each acquisition, and I never buy on an impulse. And yes, sometimes one can escape, you may miss that rare piece, some other collector may have been quicker.

Shop the seller…period! Edit: I have been surprised how some Rolex ADs don’t know what they are talking about…they have said some outlandish things or you can tell they have little experience…lol…

I used to peruse the website of one of your former coworkers. And that's the first time I'd seen it worded as a "No buyers remorse" policy. That's not even a polite way to say eff you, too bad you're not happy. Can't imagine buying any merchandise under those circumstances.
