its so strange to me that a Persona 5 record is the rarest one, rather than a megami tensei 1 record or something

In these kinds of cases, new modern releases which are more popular/in demand get limited prints to drive up the price which is a standard practise. Older releases are easy to get in Japan since the resell market is huge. People in Japan look after their possessions and keep them in good condition which they then sell when they're done with them, hoarding isn't something that Japanese do because houses in Japan don't have that kind of space for it. Therefore there is loads of old releases that you can find in shops for very cheap prices. It's the same kind of situation for the Japanese video game market.

Really awesome of you to make this vid... as a fellow Vinyl collector, it's so cool to see all of these obscure Vinyl releases.... hope to get my hands on them one day I purchased the Persona 25th collection, and while I absolutely love it, I do agree that the paper sleeves leave a lot of debris which was incredibly annoying. I slipped each record in a polynine sleeve which really put my soul at ease. Most of the records were in tip-top shape with the sole exception of my Innocent Sin record, which arrived with a moderate amount of warp... Fortunately it did not compromise the record nor most of the sound quality, but it was still annoying. And while I am very happy with the overall collection of songs, I do have a few gripes: - I would have loved to see a second disc for Revelations: Persona... It's my favorite soundtrack in the series and while I think they did a pretty good job grabbing the best songs from the game, there are a few bops that missed the cut. I also think adding an additional record could have led to some of the songs gaining an additional loop to extend their playtime. Songs like Deadline and Normal Battle are some of my all time fav Persona tracks, but they go by so quickly for only one loop hahahaha - I suppose the same can be said for the Persona 2 collection, but I'm not too sore about these games since all of the songs I really wanted got in with only a one or two exceptions/ - Overall I understand that the money and popularity are with P3, P4, and P5.... so it does not bug me at all that these games clearly got preferential treatment when it came to track selection. Not to mention the fact that the modern persona games have more full length songs... so it makes sense why each collection is a 4-Record set. And while the modern collections pretty much have all of my favorite songs, I was shocked to see that the Persona 5 collection didn't contain King, Queen, and Slaves.... Maybe I am in the minority on this one but that's in like my top 10 fav Persona 5 songs.... I couldn't beleive that one didn't make the cut but sweatshop did lmaoooo Lastly, I will hard agree that the Nocturne set is one of the best Atlus vinyl collections out there.... the artwork is absolutely unreal. I hope FanGamer produces more mainline collections with the same love and care as the Nocturne collection.... Just the thought of getting similar collections for games like IV, SJ, and V already has my blood pumping!!

I ended up shelling out the cash last winter for the P1/2 vinyl. I have not received it yet either (I guess its gonna be 2023) so I'm waiting to make a judgment on it but the wait is a bit crazy. It comes out to around 30 dollars per vinyl which is ok but for some reason it just stings in the wallet. I'm no collector but those 3 games have a lot of sentimental value to me.

Great collection, a bit surprised there isn't one for SMT4. Out of all the games I expected one from 4 the most
