Thank you for the video Mukul! We usually buy real estate in places where we have a connection- home town, home state etc. because due diligence and paperwork is easy. Most times, sale deeds are also written in local languages, so buying across the country becomes very difficult. As an investment idea, what is your recommendation wrt real estate buying - should one buy in the place where they have some roots or should it be anywhere in India where there is growth potential? सर मैं एक प्लाट लेने का सोच रहा हूँ लेकिन मुझे उस पर कुछ संदेह हो रहा है । उनका कहना है कि मेने प्लाट का diversion और building permission le li hai but T&CP nahi kiya hai और unke nakse me plot size 800 squre feet k hai lekin wo usko 1000-1200 square feet me customers ki need k anusar sell kar rahe hai matlab nakse me changes kar raha hai.. Us land pe pvt bank se loan bhi mil raha hai.. Toh bataiye sir kya karna chahiye??
Sir ye problem hmari co me ni milegi hmare yaha plot ki 143 kara rakha h or jo nakshe me hoga same size ka plot hi milega 7905697492

Ye ek tarah se froud hai. Usse bach kar rahiye. Jaha tak meri jankari hai pure plot ka size of land ka size mila kar dekh lijiye.. mai bhi plot lene ki soch rha hu par mujhe bhi abhi malum nhi hai ki plot me kya kya check karna chahiye. Bahut sare log nakse me plot dikha deta hai par utna land farmer se nhi leta hai. Total size ko add kar me dekh lijiye ki farmer se utna hi land liya hai ya badha chadha kar customer ko bata rha hai.

sir ek property hai jisko kharidne ke liye kisike ne owner ko rs 500000 ka advance aur baaki ka amount 3 month ka samay lekar 100rs ke stamp paper per likh kar de diya aur usne stamp ko registerd nahi karaya lekin ab 6 month beet gaya aur abhi tak usne owner ko payment nahi kiya hai agar owner uska paisa use wapas kar de through bank toh kya mai us property ko buy kar sakta hu.

Sir ,,agar ek plot ka 1000sqft ,,govt value. Rs 50,000/- internet se(by going thr ur link) check kar ne par aa rha hai,,,mgr us plot k Jo owner/broker hai lag bhag Rs 7lakh kaha rhe hai ....toh uska price kya hoga ,,,yah hum usko kitna bole Jo ki thik rhe ,,, Mana ki plot me koi litigation na ho .
