We still tell people that the 312 is the best travel trailer on the market! Glad you guys are still enjoying yours! I hope we see you when we are at the Tampa Show!

We agree! and your tour you did was a massive help choosing it. Pretty sure we’re 85% of the views you have on that. We’ll be at Tampa, and will hunt you down when we’re there!

Howdy you two ... we are retired, have no kids at home, we travel with 2 cats so our needs are very minimal. We are not full-time RV'er so we are only on the road 3-4 months out of the year. So we chose the Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2109s, it is large enough for us and our pets, yet small enough to get into any park anywhere we choose to visit. It comes with many standards that you won't find in a lot of other rigs like the TPM System, WIFI Ranger, 12v dc Frig just to name a few. We love our little 2nd Home on wheels and love being able to hit the road whenever we want. Thanks for all your videos and we look forward to your next one. Head on out to Idaho sometime and maybe our paths will cross on the road. Larry

We have the exact trailer you have. It’s the fourth in 4 years. Got the small trailer, upgraded to a couples type, which was nice but then the grandkids came with us on a trip to Yellowstone and love the rv life. Upgraded to a bunkhouse but it was tiny, so I finally convinced the hubby to go bigger. Got a bigger truck and the 312BHTS. Love it! The kids have space, we have space and the dogs have space. I have made a few mods in the 1 1/2 years we have had it. Biggest and best is we removed the crappy dinette and put in an IKEA desk with a storage bin shelf under. Best move ! We keep talking about a fifth wheel but that would cost a lot and this suits us right now. Let Natalie have the washer/dryer combo. You won’t regret it! We have the Starlink and love it.

Since every RV is a series of compromises, getting it right is really a challenge. Having the office space is awesome. We turned our dinette into a desk that we can work at and eat at as well.

Great collaboration! I hear you on getting a new Rv right now! You have a great Rv. It fits you for what you need and want to do. Class Bs are expensive. I agree with you on that. Nice to see a guest come and join you. Great collaboration. Have a great week and travel safe.

You are absolutely right, you won't get it 100% right the first time. We started with the research on the internet and went to an RV show. Josh the RV nerd said in one of his older videos, you will change your first RV quickly and we set out to prove him wrong. We did lots of research and went for a TT that checked all the boxes (including being able to work in the RV). Got the 3/4ton truck at the same time. Yeah, just over a year later we changed it all out for a 5th wheel and a 1ton truck. Big expensive mistake but best thing we did. And yeah, Josh was right. :)

You folks just keep getting better & better 😊 Ok...why...because we want to explore North America When...soon, not getting any younger...retirement on the horizon (i cant work from the road) What...well we have looked at just about everything that a blue collar saver can afford & it boils down to a 5th wheel toy hauler. We chose to tow witha HDT for several reasons...and to show off wasnt one..lol...a used one cheaper than any new 1 ton dually, safer, more comfortable and a back up place to stay if need be, and never have weight or control issues, and can tow everything on the market. We love GD and there line of toy haulers which we need (motorcycle & Quad) so 5th wheel it is....time will tell which manufacturer. PS...we will be in Tampa this year 2024 hunting wink wink😊

We originally were looking at 5th wheels. We came across a used GD Momentum 376th that we couldn’t pass up. It’s the hybrid with a small garage under the bedroom. It had everything that we were wanting (washer dryer, generator) along with tons of storage.

Great video Guys, The wife and I chose a 36 ft. 5th wheel. Not sure if you know, but the 250 you have will pull a good size 5th wheel. I'm pulling my 35 ft. 8 in. 5th wheel. ( 36 ft.) with a 2021 F-250 , It pulls great. We are looking forward to traveling from Ca. to Fl. the beginning of the yr. Thanks again for the great video

We have had three rigs over 13/14years. Every rig we had list of what we wanted on the next rig. I remember our popup did not have outside lights, that was a must in the next rig. Funny how those experiences can effect what your next rig will be. Good point guys!
@BrazenBrits

Exactly. We find it really interesting how everybody has totally different requirements. One of the biggest we hear of is an outdoor TV or Outdoor kitchen. We don't use either at all. However, we have friends who use theirs all the time and wouldn't even consider a rig not having one. We do often feel bad for manufacturers who try their hardest to cater for everybodys needs and wants.

First RV, we went to every dealer in town after work n pounded the pavement 2 weekends in a row looking at all travel trailers comparing the features etc, n knowing wanted a table n couch n a bed that u can walk around, n keeping it 28ft n under. We found for us the perfect trailer, went to every rv show for 10 yrs in a row compared our trailer ever time, saw nothing we liked better for our needs. 10 yrs later n then a freak accident killed it off 😢. Soooo my point, lol it can be done. 🍻

We are in the fancy crappy built Fifth wheel. RV KZitemRS, they suck!! I dont like the KYD advice buy small, buy now? What! I love the way you could keep talking with the dogs barking. We had a small travel trailer for 4 years, then a class b for 4 years then full time in a 35ft fifth wheel. Larry
