The 75 degree column was used for conductor sizing, the 60 degree column isn’t used even though less than 100 amps , i agree with the 75 degree column just asked in case there was confusion.

Hi there, we always assume 74 degrees for all motors unless a question/specific motor says we can't, since essentially all motors used today have connections rated for 75 degrees. Hope that helps!

Yes they are! You will just use slightly different references for a single phase versus a three phase motor (i.e. table 430.248 for single phase motors, table 430.250 for single phase motors etc.). Hope that helps!

Yes, in our video "Graphics for the National Electrical Code" there is a link in the description to download the PDF's and the video provides step by step directions on where to put them in the NEC!
