How to can green beans for your #food ? Canning green beans
The canning procces for green beans is very easy! you should just make sure you sterilize the jars properly, to put only non iodized salt (for canning), close the lid tighly and store in a cool and dark place! This is the only way to preserve the canned beans over than 1 year.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg green beans
- 3-4 tsp non iodized salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic (optional)
- boiled hot water
