I'm from the Caribbean, Trinidad and Tobago to be specific, and I use pure habanero with fresh green seasonings to make my hot sauce 🔥 Yours does look great...and I get the use of red peppers in the sauce, makes it look really delicious

🤣I made a mistake the other day. I have been having leaf leg bug problems in my peppers after I pulled the tomatoes (they loved them this year almost exclusively) and I had a ton of peppers because it was a big year for them. I decided to pull all the green peppers to. That included some small bells. I went to use one for a raw snack. It was a green habenero 🤣 then I pulled a hair out of the corner of my eye. It was a comedy. I'll have to grow these next year to try this because we really do love hot stuff

I’ve always heard you had to leave a bit of space at the top of the jar, but no one ever said why. You said WHY!!! Those little bits of info are such treasures and make sense of the world. I’d also love to know where I can find your tea kettle. Such a classic shape. I’ve been searching online, but getting nowhere fast. Anyone know?

I just love your channel! Mostly because my husband and I are from Tucson. We love hot and spicy. The kind that will pretty much kill anything in your system! Thus, I will be making this and maybe another batch with just sweet peppers! Also, I agree with the other comments. Could you please do more canning videos! Thank you.

Hi Kaleb 🖐🏽😊 Your recipe popped up on my recommended list and I'm glad it did. I have a ton of Banana Peppers one of my neighbors gifted me. Would Banana Peppers work for this recipe? I have some Jalapeno Peppers in my garden I will add to it. Another question, could I substitute 1/2 cup of Honey for the 1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar? I'd like to try this recipe but I don't want to make only a jar to give it a try before I make more. Is it possible to make one jar and instead of canning, just put it in a hot jar and lid and cool it then let it set in fridge for a while to cure??? Your thoughts please..

HI. YOU SAID WHEN WATER BATHING THIS DO IT FOR 25 MINUTES. IS THAT FOR ANY SEA LEVEL YOU ARE AT. ALSO WHEN YOU TOOK THE RINGS OFF TO MAKE SURE THE LIDS ARE SEALED DO YOU LEAVE THEM OFF WHEN YOU PUT THEM IN THE CABINET. IF YOU PUT IN THE REFRIGERATOR YOU WOULD PROBABLY PUT THE RING BACK ON. YOU DO A GREAT JOB ON YOUR VIDEO'S AND MAKE THEM ENJOYABLE TO WATCH.

Hello! You can use sea salt as long as it has no additives. Sea salts have varied sizes and you will need to adjust the amount accordingly. The USDA recommends using Splenda, I have not seen the USDA test with stevia.

Why do you have to water bath them after they are full?The jars have already been sterilized and lids are hot. I don’t remember my mom doing that.
