Is all the liquid in the jars from the canning process?

We usually vacuum seal and freeze

+AubreyFr We do that too. The problem with that is it requires electricity. If the electric goes out, all the meat will thaw and rot. Also- if the deep freezer goes out it will thaw and rot and all go go waste 😔 I know so many people that this has happened to in the past, including us 😔 Our freezer went out while we were on vacation. The smell on our house when we got back was HORRIFIC!!!!

@@CollinsCountry omg that sounds awful!! We have a generator to prevent that bc we pretty much live off our harvest

+Ashley Mistry hey! If canned correctly and kept in a dark room, technically forever. But the internet probably says a few years…
