Jason Anderson thank you very much . I love to hear my videos help
I tried doing this soap, and it works like a charm! Not a real professional carver, only a kid who does school projects, but everyone in my class was completely astonished by my carving, thanks to you!! Also, I got an A+. Thank You!!

What I liked most is you did it with hand tools. I saw a video on the same subject and it was all machined. Glad someone took the time to do it by hand so thank you.

Thank you for this video! I’ve learned about stop cuts and for me it means not rushing, otherwise the wood probably will split. Basswood is pretty soft too. I’m wondering if you might have advice on sharpening chisels? Especially V gauge. Hope you’re doing well, stay healthy and safe. Love your video from San Francisco ♥️ I could never do small wood projects

Hi Tammy. Is your block a full 2 inches by 2 inches, or is it that nominal, 1.75 inches by 1.75 inches? I'm curious, since I was looking for 2x2x10 today and only found 1.75x1.75. Thanks!
