This is by far one of the best fishing shows on KZitem. Simple, accessible and not endless blabbering, yelling, no overpowered music. And a bonus you're in Ontario Canada!

As a fisherman, I cut my teeth fishing in the Rock River, in Mayville, Wisconsin. I caught bullheads and bluegill on nightcrawlers. The river ran past my grandfather's back yard. I still have my old black-and-white Zebco reel.

Glad to be one of the first commenters. Last time i was bullhead fishing i was using sweetcorn on an octopus circle with a slip sinker setup. Just let er sit. Did it during slightly cooler weather and at the dead of night. Will give some worms and a t turn a try next time im out . never used the t turn with worms. Heres to hoping the sunfish dont clean me off haha.

I've learned so much about fishing from you. I'm in Toronto, and I love fishing around the marinas and stuff in the city. Sometimes I get down to Erie around Port Maitland where I caught some bigggg sheepshead on chunked up roach with a pickerel rig. Your channel is the best because it's Ontario and I can relate to this :)

Bullhead are delicious. I like them pan fried with Old Bay and some olive oil and butter. If you get a large Lake Erie cat, drop the fillets in a bowl of milk, let the milk pull out impurities, rinse, dry, season bake or fry. Good stuff.

Unfortunately bullheads are demonized as terrible fish by a lot of people. They're fun to catch and decent eaters, people need to give them a chance.

I'm actually moving back to Chicago where I used to catch some bullheads but I was mainly a bass fisherman I'm going to be mainly a bullhead fisherman from now on. I'm going to be using an ultralight setup as well. Apparently you can catch bullheads pretty much all year long they're such a beautiful fish.

hey i love your videos, very informative and fun to watch, I read a paper from some researchers in the USA. it said that they found 90% of the studied lake's catfish population in the same bay. so as you mention here, if it doesnt bite within minutes, its a good idea to go to a new spot as the catfish population likely isnt present at all in the first spot. It also explains why when you get one, you often get many
