I have watched a bunch of videos from Partzilla. They are so well done and virtually allow me to do any job after watching. Thanks for these!

John you forgot 2 important steps in your video. 1. Take the cap off the reservoir when your compressing the piston in. 2. You also have to compress the mount plate in too, or the new pads are never going to fit on the rotor. That’s why everyone complaints the pads don’t fit

I never did that and have changed at least 25 sets myself

Thanks for the heads up on different P/N's for right and left sides. I have a 2009 Grizzly 700 with about 200 miles on it. Hopefully the pads are still good. Great video's!

Hey guys I thought I'd leave this comment on your most recent video so I have a better chance of getting an answer. I just had a new set of 32x10-14 tusk terabite tires put on my Polaris ranger 900 . The shop put all the tires at 19.5 psi and the tire says Max PSI is 22psi. Didn't they put way too much air in there? I emailed tusk and a few other places and never heard back. Shouldn't I run like 12psi?

Really depends on how much weight you have in it and what terrain you're on. Sounds a little high, but if you're maintaining a load on hard surface, it's not crazy.

Partzilla no load just have a 4 inch lift and forward offset aarms . It just looks like there's no give like where the tires hut the ground the don't even bulge or give at all. The tire says 22psi max seems like no one can answer my question I use all your videos to work on my rig so I was hoping! I'm just gonna go down to 17 see if that isn't so butt clenching. Thanks

Tire pressure is subjective to the rider. Air them down a little, if you don't have a load or weight on it, around 13 should be good.

Spark and fuel. If you have spark, check your carb!

Had a 400ex. Same issue. Carb. They have a great video on here for rebuilding the carb. Keep the original and don’t buy the cheap version. Just rebuild. Pretty easy.
