You’ve changed your scenery. Your energy feels fresh. Now you’re ready to find those roadblocks.
The fastest and easiest way to do that is through meditation. And it’s easy. I promise. Let me lay out the steps…
1. Listen to meditation music for the first 15-20 mins
Close your eyes. Sit somewhere comfy. Ensure you can’t be bothered by anyone or anything. And seriously, for real for real, keep those eyes closed. If you keep opening them to check the time, you aren’t meditating at all. You’re just sitting, being bored. Each time you open those eyes, you lower your frequency back out of the higher state you’ve started to experience.
If you could find the roadblocks without raising your vibe to connect to higher planes, you’d already know your roadblocks. Trust the process.
2. Keep focused on your breath: in through your nose, out through your mouth. Letting each breath become slower and slower, deeper and deeper.
This goes for any thoughts that pop in. Because they will. You’re alive. The thoughts happen. That’s normal. Just let each thought float right back out as you refocus your breath, in through your nose, out through your mouth.
3. Once you feel light, or heavy, or removed from time, you’re in the meditative state. Now it’s time to ask. Just say, “Show me what’s in my way”. And then IMMEDIATELY return your focus back to your breath.
This keeps us from resisting the answer or how the answer will come in. We ask and we allow. That’s it.
Having no expectation on how it’s going to come in is the key.
