Same! I have dark brown hair that I get various shades of blonde highlights throughout. I have pale skin with like a pink undertone. My veins pull blue/cool. My eyes are brown. Thank you, beautiful ones for sharing with us! Your story is so inspiring, and I am so glad to see fellow Romanians who are successful living their best lives and owning their roots. France was one of the places where I first learned that "It's not desirable to be Romanian," then Japan. I came to Japan with a doctorate in linguistics and realized that Americans who are working at universities here do not want us "non-native speakers" around. It doesn't matter that I had more education and experience than them, a lot of Americans hired by Japanese universities told me that I had "the wrong accent" and even those that hired me would pay me only half what they would pay an American or British expat because I am Romanian. Thank you for putting this out there and inspiring others with your stories.

I have very fair skin (more than your friend) with hazel eyes and ash brown hair with natural blonde highlights. All my life the second thing (and sometimes first) they say after meeting me is "Oh wow you are so white!" Total strangers, family and people I know they say it time and time again. I'm 38 now but since childhood even teachers used to point out how white I am. Racist comments were not for dark skin only during my childhood. My mom still tells me not to mind what people say and to respond that I'm made of stardust, fairy dust and diamond.😊 Till today people at work say "wow you look like Satin of Moulin Rouge". So if they compare my fairness with Nicole Kidmans' then it's great. She looks like a queen. It is a struggle to find our foundation shade but my tip is to invest in skincare (specially sunscreen) and let your beautiful fair skin glow like an angel. I've discovered that Guerlain and Dior are more targeted to our skin color. And don't forget that we excel at wearing red lipstick like no one else! So just like another viewer said "stay pale!" Thank you for this video Andrea! ❤

And, after having seen the eyebrows performance, I think I understood what's the point of eyebrows make up. When it works it is mesmerizing like the display of feathers of a peacock, and it defines not just the eyes, but the gaze itself. It could be called gaze-liner. Thank you for the advice for lighter skin! It's so hard for me to find products that don't make me look garish. If any of you are much lighter than this model you might have better luck with Korean or Japanese brands. Tons of true neutral colors, and their "cool" tones are even different and don't have all that orange.

Seriously shocking that non-orange options are not more available!
