Camera lenses get dirty. Cleaning them in a manner that protects the surface coating, and the glass, requires some basic tools and a fine touch. This video shows three methods, of increasing assertiveness, to clean dust, dirt, and smudges from the front of a camera lens.
The tools used in this video include a Rocket or bulb-type air blaster, a horsehair lipstick lens brush, and some Zeiss (or other high quality) CAMERA lens (not glasses lens) cleaning fluid and camera lens cleaning tissue. Ideally, if you use lens cleaning fluid, a spray bottle will give you the best results and control.
